Webinar: the Power of Women's Anger
Online workshop for companies and organizations that build an inclusive and supportive environment for Women.
Why anger? The consequences of women's socialization to contain their anger have a real impact on the aspect of women's mental well-being. Women's anger is often covered up by socially acceptable sadness. Sadness generates a reduced sense of agency, supports withdrawal and increases the feeling of loneliness and isolation. Meanwhile, conscious feeling of anger (and other emotions in the body) is a resource thanks to which new possibilities appear: increased level of engagement, motivation, openness to contributing your own ideas and testing new solutions.

How the webinar looks like?
Workshop participants will use tools that allow them to collaboratively build interactive maps and exchange experiences.
The workshop includes various ways of interaction (mind maps, quizzes, surveys ) that aim to create an inclusive space for collaboration and integration. The course of the webinar and the proposed exercises are based on the method: embodiment learning - learning through experience, derived from the issue of embodied cognition. This is an approach that assigns a significant role to the body in shaping cognition and in understanding the mind and cognitive abilities.
