Natalia Roma Grzyb (she/her) is a psychologist, trainer, TEDx speaker, and former IT manager who spent a decade leading global teams. She specializes in working with emotions and body awareness—teaching how to “get out of the head” and start “feeling from the gut.” She has trained hundreds of women through The Power of Women’s Anger workshops, inspiring them to use anger as a source of personal agency. Clients describe her as an “emotional ER” or a place where they receive a solid dose of empowerment. Natalia also collaborates with organizations in the areas of leadership and mental health.

When society teaches us that anger is masculine, women are left with little space to feel their anger at all — and even less to express it. We start learning the lesson about anger very early.

Adult women, when they express anger, are often told that they are too emotional, too sensitive, must be on their period, are being unfeminine, exaggerating, or making a problem where there isn’t one.

We are not only judged through the lens of these phrases — we begin to see ourselves through that same lens. We even start using those labels toward other women.

Over time, we learn not only to hide our anger, but to stop recognizing it altogether. We stop noticing it within ourselves. And often, we only see it when it finally… explodes.

  • I facilitate The Power of Women’s Anger workshops, where I support women in safely meeting their anger and using it as a resource for boundary-setting, confidence, and personal agency.

  • I offer career mentoring for professionals, supporting them in decision-making, self-trust, building healthy boundaries, career development, and acting in alignment with themselves.

  • I also provide Somatic Experiencing® sessions—a trauma-informed method for addressing trauma symptoms and easing chronic stress—supporting nervous system regulation and reconnection with the body.

  • I work in my office in Wrocław and online.
