The Power of Women’s Anger

A workshop bringing together women who already recognize—or at least suspect—that being a “good girl” distances them from fulfilling their own needs.

“Be smarter! Step aside! Anger doesn’t suit a lady!” These are just a few examples of how little girls learn the lesson of [not] expressing anger. Society, the education system, and the patriarchy teach women to suppress their anger. A girl who expresses anger is labeled as naughty or badly behaved, while an adult woman may be deemed irrational, unprofessional, or hysterical. As a result, women are more likely to express sadness, which effectively masks their anger.

Anger is not a biological mistake — it is a fundamental resource that allows you to take care of yourself and your needs!

the POWER of Woman's Anger

this is a workshop for you if:

EFFECTIVE BOUNDARIES

You want to learn how to set boundaries that are effective. You want to use setting boundaries as a tool that supports you in life, not just creates 'problems'. You know how to do it in theory, but you are not always consistent.

SADNESS or ANGER?

You don't feel angry. Anger is not your 'problem' - but you know your sadness or fear very well. You sometimes start crying and only later realize that you were angry. You may also explode with anger and then feel guilty.

CLARITY

You want to regain or learn what it's like to have clarity about what's important to you. You want to trust yourself, feel more secure in making decisions, and stop constantly questioning your choices.

BODY AWARENESS

You would like to know what it means to feel anger in your body as safe energy – your resource, not your enemy. Maybe you don’t allow yourself to feel anger because you feel it will be “bigger than you” or you’ve only seen anger as aggression.

SAYING NO

You wish you no longer used words like: I don't know, maybe, let's see, I will call - when in reality, you feel in your gut that the answer is simply: NO. You want to get back your time and energy that you sometimes give away, despite internal disagreement.

NEW DEFINITION OF ANGER

Anger is associated with you only with aggression, shouting, destruction, brawls etc. You would like to check how your own anger can be your compass and support. Maybe when you read the previous sentence, you thought that it doesn't make much sense - because anger and compass - sound like an impossible combination.

Workshop types

You can start your journey with anger with the INTRO workshop, which is an introduction to working with anger, or jump straight into the weekend workshop 1.0!
Currently all workshops are only available in Polish.

POWER of Woman's

Anger: INTRO

This is a 3-hour introductory workshop to working with anger. It is the first and most important foundation in regaining your anger and agency! During the workshop, you will learn the basic assumptions of working with anger.

POWER of Woman's

Anger 1.0

A weekend workshop created so that together, in a group of women, we could deepen our exploration of the practical application of anger in your everyday life.

You can participate in the POWER of Women's Anger 1.0 Workshop - even if you did not participate in INTRO.

POWER of Woman's

Anger 2.0

A weekend workshop that is a continuation of working with anger. During the 2.0 workshop - we go a step further. The theme of the workshop is taking responsibility for yourself and your life. We will practically develop the ability to be with yourself and make decisions.

Attendance at Workshop 1.0 is a prerequisite for this workshop.

Upcoming workshops

Trafiłam na te warsztaty z polecenia i (...) to dopiero tutaj poczułam naprawdę, że mogę prawdziwie przeżyć gniew, a nie tylko z automatu się nakrzyczeć, oraz że mam zasoby do dalszych wglądów i sposoby na poczucie siebie w codziennym życiu. Bardzo cieszyłam się, że warsztaty były rozbite na 2 dni, dzięki czemu był czas na integrację doświadczeń.
