Somatic Experiencing®
Somatic Experiencing® is a trauma-informed therapeutic approach that supports people who wish to regain balance, improve their well-being, and reduce symptoms such as chronic fatigue, persistent anxiety, apathy, concentration difficulties, sudden mood changes, feelings of overwhelm, bodily tension, and chronic pain not explained by a medical condition.
The Power of Women’s Anger workshops support women who want to learn how to set boundaries in alignment with themselves. They are for women who feel a lot of anger and sometimes erupt suddenly, as well as for those who believe they “don’t have an anger issue,” yet find themselves crying out of anger instead.
Currently only available in Polish.
Mentoring
For individuals who want to increase their sense of agency, effectiveness, and confidence at work, improve team communication, and manage stress more skillfully.
I support people in navigating challenges related to team leadership and decision-making—so they can achieve better results, develop their leadership competencies, and still take care of themselves.
