My name is Natalia Roma Grzyb and I am a psychologist, mentor and trainer with over 10 years of experience in working with people in the psychological and professional areas.

In my individual work, I help you connect with your emotions and body, set boundaries to protect your space, and make informed decisions. My clients often call me an “emotional ER” or a place where they get a solid dose of empowerment.
I am currently participating in a 3-year SE™ (Somatic Experiencing) training program, certified by Somatic Experiencing® International in Colorado, USA. I regularly supervise my work.
I help organizations manage projects and create effective internal processes. I mentor experienced managers and people aspiring to leadership roles. I also provide support in the area of mental health and psychoeducation. The main values that guide me in working with another person are: clarity, openness and professionalism.
