Natalia Roma Grzyb
I am a psychologist, mentor, and trainer with over 10 years of experience working with people in psychological and professional contexts.
In individual work, I support clients in connecting with their emotions and bodies, setting healthy boundaries, and making conscious decisions. My clients often describe me as an “emotional ER” or a place of genuine empowerment.
I support organizations in project management and process improvement, mentor managers and emerging women leaders, and work in the areas of mental health and psychoeducation. In my work, I am guided by clarity, openness, and professionalism.
Psychology degree
I obtained a Master’s degree in Psychology from SPWS University in Wrocław.
Somatic Experiencing®
I am currently enrolled in a 3-year SE™ (Somatic Experiencing) training program, certified by Somatic Experiencing® International in Colorado, USA.
Business Experience
I spent over a decade in business managing global teams, and today I support companies by offering my business know-how combined with psychological expertise.

My work is regularly supervised and supported by an ongoing commitment to numerous trainings and professional development courses that continuously strengthen my skills and competencies.

3-year Somatic Experiencing® training (a psychophysical method of treating trauma symptoms and relieving chronic stress), which allows me to effectively support the regulation of the nervous system and the reconstruction of emotional balance.

I run a series of workshops called "The Power of Women's Anger" that will help you consciously use your anger resources. I also run individual sessions during which I support you in: establishing contact with your emotions and body, setting boundaries - which protect your space, making decisions in your private and professional life.
I also work with organizations, supporting them in project management and creating effective internal processes. I mentor experienced management staff, as well as aspiring leaders. I also offer support in the area of mental health and psychoeducation.
