§ 1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for participation in workshops (in-person/online) organized by Natalia Roma Grzyb.
1.2. The organizer of the workshops is Natalia Roma Grzyb, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer, with its registered office in Wrocław (53-601), ul. Tęczowa 83F/25, NIP: 8942868292, REGON: 388144445.
1.3. Participation in workshops requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of service delivery. These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the workshop and individual session registration. The Terms and Conditions apply to all Participants.
1.4. Workshops and sessions are not psychotherapy and are not intended to replace it. By participating in a Workshop or Session, you accept the Organizer’s Terms and Conditions available during registration. Please inform the Organizer if you are currently undergoing therapy, pharmacological treatment, or experiencing a crisis, and review the list of contraindications available in these Terms and Conditions.
§ 2. Definitions
2.1. Client – a natural or legal person obliged to pay for a workshop or individual sessions. The Client does not have to be the Participant, although they may be.
2.2. Organizer – Natalia Roma Grzyb, based in Wrocław (53-601), ul. Tęczowa 83F/25, NIP: 8942868292, referred to in these Terms and Conditions as Natalia Roma Grzyb.
2.3. Participant – a person who has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions by submitting a declaration during the deposit purchase process on https://nataliaromagrzyb.com.
2.4. In-person workshop – a workshop where Participants gather in a physical workshop space.
2.5. Online workshop – a workshop in which the Participant takes part using a computer, laptop, or tablet by logging into an online platform designated by the Organizer. The workshop is conducted live by the Organizer with other Participants present.
2.6. Registration – providing personal data via the Organizer’s website, accepting the Terms and Conditions, and paying the deposit.
2.7. Organizer’s website – https://nataliaromagrzyb.com, where information about workshops is published.
2.8. Sessions – individual 50-minute sessions conducted online via Zoom or in person at the office in Wrocław, ul. Piastowska 20/3.
2.9. Session package – a package of 5 or 10 sessions, each 50 minutes long, conducted online via Zoom or in person.
§ 3. Conditions for Participation in Sessions
3.1. Participation requires booking a session via https://nataliaromagrzyb.com/#spotkania and purchasing a session or package within 24 hours of booking. Failure to make payment within 24 hours will result in cancellation of the reservation.
3.2. Only adults with full legal capacity may be Clients.
3.3. The Client receives an automatic email confirmation of purchase.
3.4. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrectly provided email addresses.
3.5. Acceptance of the Terms and consent to personal data processing also constitutes subscription to the Organizer’s newsletter.
3.6. The Client may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or the unsubscribe link.
3.7. The Organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session no later than 24 hours before its planned start, in exceptional cases (e.g., illness, emergency).
3.8. In the event of cancellation, the Client will be notified by email.
3.9. If the session is canceled by the Organizer, the Client may reschedule or request a refund.
§ 4. Cancellation of Sessions
4.1. The Client may cancel by sending written notice to hello@nataliaromagrzyb.com.
4.2. Cancellation more than 24 hours before the session start time entitles the Client to a refund (minus transaction costs) or rescheduling.
4.3. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session results in loss of payment and no possibility of rescheduling.
4.3.1. A rescheduled session must be used within 1 month of cancellation.
4.4. Failure to attend without prior notice results in loss of payment.
4.5. Late arrival does not extend the session time.
§ 5. Conditions for Participation in Workshops (In-person & Online)
5.1. Information about workshops is provided via:

5.2. Participation requires payment of a deposit via the website, which constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
5.3. Only adults with full legal capacity may participate.
5.4. 7 days before the workshop, Participants receive confirmation (or cancellation notice) with details (remaining payment, logistics, location or online link).
5.5. Places are limited; registration is confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment.
5.6. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to insufficient participants or other important circumstances.
5.7. Participants must comply with venue regulations (in-person) or ensure proper technical requirements (online).
5.8. Deposit purchase confirmation is sent automatically by email.
5.9. Participation requires no contraindications.

Acceptance of these Terms confirms awareness of contraindications.
5.10. Acceptance of Terms also constitutes newsletter subscription (unsubscribe anytime).
§ 6. Payment Terms for Workshops
6.1. The workshop fee is according to the current offer on the website at the time of registration.
6.2. The price does not include travel, parking, accommodation, or meals unless stated otherwise.
6.3. Payment must be made via the Organizer’s website.
6.4. Invoices are sent by email upon request during registration.
6.5. Access to the online link or location details is granted only after payment is received.
6.6. The second installment must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the payment request email.
§ 7. Workshop Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Organizer
7.1. The Organizer may cancel/reschedule up to 7 days before the workshop if minimum participation is not met.
7.2. The Organizer may cancel/reschedule up to 48 hours before the workshop in random/emergency cases.
7.3. In urgent unforeseen events (e.g., sudden illness), the Organizer may cancel or reschedule as soon as possible.
7.4. Participants will be notified via email.
7.5. In case of cancellation, the Client receives a full refund.
§ 8. Workshop Cancellation by Participant
8.1. Cancellation must be sent in writing to hello@nataliaromagrzyb.com.
8.2. Cancellation more than 21 days before the workshop entitles the Participant to a refund of the deposit or transfer to another date.
8.3. Cancellation less than 21 days before results in loss of deposit and no transfer.
8.3.1. A transferred deposit must be used within 6 months.
8.4. Failure to attend without notice results in loss of deposit.
§ 9. Personal Data Processing
9.1. Consent to personal data processing is mandatory. Data is confidential and used only for communication and service purposes. The Organizer does not sell or share personal data.
9.2. Participants have the right to access, correct, update, restrict processing, and transfer their data.
9.3. Data is processed as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
9.4. Participants may file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
9.5. The Organizer provides explanations regarding personal data matters.
§ 10. Complaints
10.1. Complaints may be submitted via email to: hello@natalia.roma.grzyb
10.2. Complaints must describe the improper performance and state the Client’s expectations.
10.3. The Organizer will respond within 14 business days.
§ 11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Terms enter into force upon receipt of the workshop registration email.
11.2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms.
11.3. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Organizer’s website.
11.4. Matters not regulated herein are governed by the Polish Civil Code, the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, and other applicable Polish law.
11.5. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the Organizer’s registered office.
