Psychological Support
Natalia Roma Grzyb
As a business psychologist, I offer comprehensive mental health support packages for companies. This includes services both in-person at my office in Wrocław and online. I help organizations prioritize their employees' mental well-being, build stress resilience, and enhance team effectiveness. I also provide coaching and mentoring as an in-house psychologist.

How Psychological Support Program looks like for Organizations?
Together with the organization, we design a personalized psychological support plan that takes into account the company’s specifics as well as the needs of its employees.
For which companies?
The psychological support package is designed for organizations that want to consciously promote employee wellbeing, reduce turnover, and improve team stability.
This program is particularly effective in organizations operating in fast-paced, high-responsibility, and constantly changing environments, supporting the mental wellbeing and resilience of employees.
What is the price?
The cost of collaboration depends on the number of employees receiving support, the number of hours dedicated to each person, and the overall duration of the program.
I invite you to a complimentary discovery call, during which we will discuss the organization’s needs and select the most suitable psychological support option.
Who can be covered?
Psychological support may be available to all employees within the organization.
The program is flexible and dedicated to individuals experiencing stress, overload, and decreased motivation.
During psychological support sessions, participants may discuss both professional and personal challenges, while developing mental resilience and overall well-being.
Length of collaboration
Most psychological support programs run for 12 months, with the option to extend for an additional year. Each package is individually tailored to the needs of the organization and its participants.

How we design Psychological Support Program for your Company?
The process of creating a Psychological Support Program is flexible and tailored to the organization’s needs each time. Together, we determine the scope of support and the number of hours available for employees.
01.
Needs Analysis
During a conversation with HR, the Head of People, or the CEO, we discuss:
• current psychological challenges faced by employees
• areas of high workload and burnout risk factors
• ongoing needs identified by the HR team
• expected business outcomes (e.g., reduced absenteeism, increased retention, etc.)
03.
Participants onboarding
Each participant in the program undergoes a brief introduction, which includes:
• discussing current challenges and areas requiring psychological support
• defining individual goals
• agreeing on the form of collaboration and confidentiality guidelines
05.
Support between sessions
Depending on the chosen form of collaboration, participants may have the opportunity for:
• asynchronous consultations in urgent situations
• real-time discussions of challenging moments
• support before important conversations, decisions, public speaking, etc.
02.
Designing Psychological Support Program
I prepare a collaboration plan tailored to the organization’s needs, including:
• the number of employees covered by the program
• the scope and type of consultations (regular, ad hoc, crisis support)
• session frequency
• areas of focus: stress, overload, conflicts, boundaries, emotion regulation
• program duration
• confidentiality and reporting guidelines
• methods for monitoring the use of support
04.
Psychological Consultations 1:1
During psychological support sessions, we focus on areas such as:
• stress, overload, and emotion regulation
• coping with pressure, conflict, and challenging situations
• strengthening mental resilience and motivation
• preventing burnout
• support during crisis situations
06.
Recommendations for the Organization
The organization receives:
• consolidated summaries of program usage in the form of anonymous, aggregated data
• recommendations for further actions to support employee wellbeing
• observations and guidance regarding team functioning and workplace culture
