I have been working in the IT industry for over 10 years – I understand its nuances, dynamics, and what happens behind the scenes. I will help you smartly navigate the next phase of your career, set clear goals, and choose a direction that aligns with your values and needs.
I offer professional mentoring mainly for individuals working in the IT industry. My clients are typically in managerial or specialist roles, primarily in the areas of Delivery & Operations. I also work with entrepreneurs who run their own businesses and need support for the next step or realize they are stuck.
I support in the development of: leadership competencies (including those just beginning their journey), change management, project management, team scaling, conflict resolution, and dealing with stress and fatigue.
Mentoring: how?
Mentoring is about sharing knowledge and experience, asking questions, supporting decision-making, and helping to define professional development directions – without imposing ready-made solutions. Good mentoring is a space for growth, based on trust, honesty, and experience.

Consultation
The first step to starting mentoring collaboration is a consultation meeting (online). During this meeting, we discuss your needs and goals and determine how our potential collaboration could look. The consultation is a great opportunity to get to know each other better, in short: Am I your cup of tea?

Needs analysis
During the second session, we deepen the analysis of your needs, the context in which you work, and the skills you want to develop.

Setting goals and action plan
Together, we define measurable goals and develop a plan that will help you achieve them effectively.

Regular mentoring sessions
Meetings take place online or in person in Wrocław (depending on your preferences) and last 50 minutes. During the session, we discuss your progress, challenges, and next steps.

Practical tips and tools
I conduct sessions in a way that allows you to implement new approaches between meetings. Together, we solve specific problems or look for strategies to cope with the current situation. I share proven methods and solutions, always considering your individual needs.

Feedback and development of competencies
We regularly analyze your progress, and I provide constructive feedback along the way. Feedback works both ways – I don’t work according to a one-size-fits-all template but adapt my approach and methods to your needs and preferences.

I took part in both the 1.0 and 2.0 Anger workshops. I can recommend both with a pure heart. Natalia as a leader has an incredible sense, she can discuss the topic perfectly, and above all, lead through the exercises. She is perfect for this role - she has energy, intuition and a sense of the topic. The exercises are thought out and selected in such a way that everyone can open up and get something out of them. Additionally, the form of the workshops - working in a group of women - works amazingly. It can trigger many emotions/processes that cannot be triggered rationally. I highly recommend it.
