Mentoring Program
Natalia Roma Grzyb
The corporate mentoring package is a collaboration focused on developing leadership, communication, and expert skills within organizations. Mentoring is aimed at leaders as well as individual contributors. The goal of corporate mentoring is to strengthen autonomy, improve collaboration quality, and enhance team effectiveness, while simultaneously supporting the achievement of business objectives.

How Mentoring Program looks like?
Each program is designed and implemented with consideration of the organization’s strategy, culture, and current business challenges. Together, we define the scope, format, and duration of the collaboration to ensure the program effectively supports the organization and its teams.
For what Companies?
For startups and corporations that want to boost productivity, increase team autonomy, reduce turnover and escalations, improve cross-departmental collaboration, strengthen a culture of healthy communication, and effectively prepare employees for promotions, new roles, and upcoming changes.
What is the cost?
The cost of collaboration depends on the number of participants in the mentoring program, their seniority level, the number of hours dedicated per person, and the overall program duration.
I invite you to a free discovery call so we can discuss your needs and determine the best collaboration option together.
Who I mentor?
I work with managerial staff, experienced female and male leaders, and individuals preparing for leadership roles. I also support employees in key expert positions or those needing guidance in communication, collaboration, and strengthening strategic influence—even when they do not hold a formal leadership title.
Collaboration length
Most mentoring programs run from 3 to 12 months, with the option to extend for an additional year. For many organizations, mentoring becomes a permanent part of their development culture, embedded in the organization’s DNA.

How does the process of creating Mentoring Program look like?
The process of designing a mentoring program is flexible and tailored to the specific needs of each organization.
01.
Needs Analysis
During a meeting with HR, the Head of People, or the CEO, we discuss:
-
team and leader challenges
-
key development needs
-
the organization’s strategic goals
-
expected business outcomes
Based on this, I create a proposal for the mentoring program.
03.
Participants onboarding
Each participant in the program undergoes a brief introduction, which includes:
-
defining individual goals
-
discussing challenges and needs
-
identifying areas for development
This ensures that individual needs are addressed while maintaining alignment with the program’s overall objectives.
05.
Support between sessions
Depending on the chosen program format, participants may have access to:
-
ad hoc consultations
-
group sessions – sharing experiences and learning from other program participants
-
thematic workshops – developing specific skills, such as leadership or communication
02.
Designing Mentoring Program
I create a company-tailored collaboration plan that includes:
-
the number of participants
-
session frequency
-
development needs and goals
-
program duration
-
confidentiality and communication guidelines
-
methods for monitoring progress
A clearly defined mentoring program: scope, structure, and outcomes for the organization.
04.
Mentoring Sessions 1:1
During regular mentoring sessions, we work on real business cases. Participants apply new tools between sessions and develop skills in communication, decision-making, delegation, prioritization, and fostering team autonomy. We also focus on building self-confidence, a sense of agency, and effective stress management.
06.

The organization receives:
-
consolidated progress summaries
-
development recommendations
